We now have a full time position open that involves a number of daily site cleaning and maintenance duties with an occasional requirement for valeting support and the collection and delivery of prestige vehicles to and from various customers.
The ideal candidate would be diligent and self-managed as the various cleaning and maintenance duties require a versatile and committed attitude to keep standards within the facility high. If you aspire to be part of a team that delivers high standards then this role would suit you. A full licence and previous experience in similar roles is a distinct advantage.

Vehicle Accident Repair Technician
Chartwell are looking for qualified M.E.T and Panel Technicians
This is a rare opportunity to further your career working with one of the country’s leading accident repair specialists. The successful candidates will be given the opportunity to work on some of the world’s most desired vehicles, with ongoing support to develop specialist skills further.
We are seeking keen individuals who want to progress and develop their skills beyond the mainstream. You will be responsible for repairing prestige and premium vehicles to the highest standard, in accordance with strict manufacturer guidelines. A willingness to learn and develop on an ongoing basis is very important as those successful will be expected to meet the continual vehicle technological developments and advancements we face being at the cutting edge of the industry.
Previous experience within the prestige vehicle repair sector at a good level is an advantage but not essential, providing a suitable career path can be demonstrated, we will give full training and support. Certain aspects of the M.E.T role would suit a senior mechanical technician if there is a willingness to broaden overall skills.

Workshop Production Manager

Main responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining the efficient running of the work shop team
Working towards strict timescales and deadlines
The ideal candidate will be someone who:
Is Organised, Enthusiastic and has a desire for excellence.
Has a clear ability to motivate and manage a team and help to develop others
Has commercial experience or a background within the accident repair sector.
Demonstrates a commercial understanding of the industry and has the ability to be sales astute, with any experience of estimating with a current VDA qualification being an advantage.
Essential Skills include:
Ability to control the flow of work through the workshop ensuring all staff are kept productive and efficient at all times and ensure the requirements of the business are met including achieving the relevant timescales and customer satisfaction results.
Utilising industry knowledge to generate new business and efficient working best practice.
Providing technical support and advice where necessary exploring innovative solutions to problem repairs.
Providing a safe working environment for staff.
Robustly monitoring safety behaviours, leading by your own example that safety is a high priority in this business.
To assist with training and development of the skilled staff and apprentice's including checking and sign off their work where relevant.
Communicating with all departments to ensure a cohesive working environment is maintained in line with business and customer expectations to achieve industry leading service levels and excellence.
Ensuring all vehicle inspections and repairs are to manufacturer standards and are in line with the correct methods / company procedures, ensuring all repairs are compliant with the companies’ quality standards.
Handling criticism well and learning from it by balancing the demands of a work life and a personal life.
Complying with health and safety rules and regulations, ensuring the correct PPE is worn/used throughout and reporting any failings through the reporting procedure.
Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, ensuring all tooling and specialist equipment is checked, tested and compliant in line with company policy.
Maintaining sufficient security measures to prevent theft of company/personal property during and after normal working hours.
Highlighting any shortfalls or issues relating to safety or maintenance immediately to the General Manager using your own initiative to take corrective action in the first instance to prevent harm.
