Chartwell has been awarded the title of ‘Bentley Bodyshop of the Year (UK)’ for the third time.
Each year, Bentley-accredited bodyshops globally are invited to compete for the VM’s Bodyshop of the Year award, with the winners recognised as the best Bentley bodyshops in their respective regions.
Chris Brightmore, Chartwell CEO, had this to say:
“Up against the best of the best, it shows the dedication and commitment of everyone associated with the business, especially the great staff we employ who are all 100% committed to achieving the best possible.
“Special thanks to Bentley Leicester and Bentley Birmingham for their continued support.”
“Winners had to demonstrate that they go above and beyond in their quest to restore cars to their original condition,” said Bentley, “while also delivering exemplary standards of service. When choosing the winners, we looked at everything from KPI repair data to use of the Glasurit 90 Line or 100 Line paint scheme, as well as ongoing compliance.
“From 196 bodyshops that were eligible for a regional award, the competition neared its conclusion with a shortlist of 38 that had met all the winning criteria.”
Bentley reviewed consistency of repair completion submissions, support for their nominating
Bentley dealer, their approach to waste and recycling management and efforts they are making to go ‘greener’, alongside their approach to quality control and use of customer feedback. |
